Why STAR House?
S.T.A.R. House's goal is to provide drug and alcohol rehabilitation services to recovering alcoholics and addicts. We introduce a lifestyle of chemical independence through treatments involving social therapy, counseling, relapse prevention, lifestyle training, and introduction to the recovery community.
S.T.A.R. House is a long-term residential program that provides adult men aged 18 to 65 the opportunity to recover in a supportive peer environment for a period of 12 to 24 months. This type of structure has been proven to enhance efforts by individuals suffering from alcoholism drug addiction.
Our goal is for you or your loved one to recover and become a self-sufficient productive member of society.

Tyler is a Georgia Native and a family man. He has past experience in the recovery field and over 12000 hours in residential recovery. He has a background in military and law enforcement and now is committed to helping with recovery.
Curtis Mason (Program Manager) (762) 525-0953
Curtis Mason is a man of faith, perseverance, and purpose. After struggling with addiction for 16 years, he has now been sober for 8 years by the grace of our Lord and Savior. His recovery journey has shaped who he is today and given him a deep passion for helping others find hope and a new way of life.
He currently works at the Star House for Men, where he is able to give back and support men who are walking a path similar to the one he once traveled. His life is rooted in faith, gratitude, and service.
Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, spending quality time with his girlfriend, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. He believes in living one day at a time, staying grounded in his faith, and continuing to grow into the man God has called him to be.
